Create account
The account starts as pending. The person activates it with the link or code in their verification email (a copy is in the Outbox below).
Clinic units
A unit is a label on accounts, for reporting. It grants no access to any room. Assign units to people in the Units column below.

MFA (two-step sign-in with an authenticator app): Require MFA makes the account set up an app at its next sign-in and give a 6-digit code at every sign-in after that. Reset MFA removes its app and its recovery codes, for a lost phone. Mandate MFA only once the updated Plesk room pages are live (DEPLOY.md, the 1A-08 part).
Outbox (last 50)
A copy of every email the service sends, and whether it was emailed. A link or code is shown only if the service kept it (by default only while the email was not sent, and never for a password reset); you can then hand it to the person yourself. Where it was withheld, the entry says what to do instead.
Rooms
The invite-only rooms of this service, and who may join each: its supervisor, its deputies and every person granted access. They join at join.html. Department and team rooms are on the meeting room list and are not shown here.
Book a room

Admins can book up to five invite-only rooms. Enter a display name using English letters, numbers and punctuation; the server creates the address. A booked room counts until an admin releases it. Invite people by selecting their name below. Invitations request an email; check Outbox for delivery status.

Read-only. The audit log as the server returns it, newest first. Each filter is an exact match; leave a field empty to match everything.

Maintenance announcement
One notice for all staff. This announces maintenance; it does not stop services or end calls.
Practice name
The name shown with MediMeet on your pages and outgoing messages.
Read-only: what the identity service runs with, from its environment file .env.medimeet as it was when the service started. Secrets, keys and folders show only whether they are set: their values never leave the server. To change a setting, edit .env.medimeet on the server and start the stack again (DEPLOY.md).
